Tracy Schwartz, B.S.G, RYT
Tracy received a BS in Gerontology in 1996 from USC, leading her to a career in activity and fitness planning for seniors. After having children, she transitioned into teaching pre-school and then school aged children with special needs. Tracy found herself exploring, researching, and embracing natural medicine after suffering some difficult long term health issues which traditional medicine could not help. This has become her passion, and she is thrilled to be part of the CANH family so she can help others through their health journey.
Tracy has been working with essential oils, guiding and educating on a personal level, for 8+ years, and she became a certified yoga teacher in Spring of 2020. She offers aromatherapy education and massage/reflexology treatments, and she specializes in one-on-one yoga and creating custom EO blends and yoga education specific to each individual based on their needs. She gets to know her clients and helps discover which essential oils may be beneficial for their overall health as well as taking time to create individualized yoga plans, breathwork, and offers natural wellness tips to help maintain a healthy lifestyle in both body and mind.
